Refund Policy

Dear valued customer,

Thank you for choosing our services. We take pride in offering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. As part of our Soulfully Guided commitment, we would like to inform you of our cancellation policy to ensure that you have a smooth and stress-free experience. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or service with us. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation and refund policies for our services:

  1. Cancellation Policy for Tarot Readings – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice of the original appointment time. If you do so, you will receive a 100% refund or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will receive a 50% refund. Please note that failing to reschedule in a timely manner or not showing up to your appointment will result in no refund, and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.
  1. NOTE: If, within the first 10 minutes of your service, we mutually agree that I am not the right fit for you, we can discuss providing you with a full refund. Please note that this policy only applies to one on one tarot readings and does not include audio or written readings, online and in-person events and workshops.
  2. Bronze, Silver and Gold packages – There are no refunds on packages. Item 1 applies to all packages.
  3. Gift Vouchers – Gift vouchers are not refundable.
  4. Tarot Lessons – Once payment has been made, Tarot lessons are not refundable. Tarot lessons are delivered as video recorded classes.
  5. Cancellation of Psychic Parties – Once deposit has been made, cancellations are not accepted and there are no refunds.
  1. Cancellation Policy for Online Group Classes, Workshops and Events – If you need to cancel your placement in an online event, we respectfully request 1 week (7 days) notice. If you cancel 7 days or more in advance of the classes/Events start date, you will receive a 100% refund. However, if you cancel within the 7 days or after the classes have started, you will not receive any refunds.
  2. Cancellation Policy for In-Person Workshops & Events – Cancellations for In-person workshops or Live events are not accepted, and refunds are not available. This is because numbers are restricted. We understand that this policy may not suit everyone, and we ask that you consider this carefully before enrolling in any of our workshops or VIP events.

Please note that these policies apply to all services offered, and that we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. We will always do our best to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. By using our services and website, you agree and accept that these terms govern your and our rights and obligations to each other.
